Terms & Conditions
- Any tool/equipment can be refused service at Dre Tool Repairs' discretion.
- All tools/equipment will be booked in and assessed.
(No over-the-counter or phone assessments.) - Our minimum repair fee is $40.00, which covers the assessment of unrepaired tools/equipment.
- Repairs under $150.00 will not be quoted before proceeding.
- We offer a queue jumper option. This is an extra urgent fee of $80.00 per tool, which guarantees that the tool/equipment will be assessed within 24 hours.
- Proof of purchase/repair must be supplied before proceeding with any warranty repairs.
- All tools/equipment will have 90 days following notification to be collected, or they will be recycled to recover costs.
- All saw blades will be returned unmounted due to Dre Tool Repairs' safety standards.
- Unrepaired tools/equipment will be returned dismantled due to Dre Tool Repairs' safety standards.
